Today, something quietly remarkable happened. People in 11 countries — from Los Angeles - New York City to San José, Costa Rica, London to Berlin, New Delhi to Sydney — rolled out their mats at the June Solstice and moved through a practice of 108. Each in your own time. All in shared intention.

Every point of light is someone who practiced today. The first 108 Event, June Solstice 2026.
I'll be honest with you, because that's the kind of community I want this to be: I forgot to schedule or later hit send on an email I drafted to send out yesterday, our shared livestream moment hit a technical snag this morning, and the live meditation didn't broadcast the way I'd planned. The very first one, and the technology had other ideas — I think the Solstice was teaching me something about non-attachment.
But here's what I keep coming back to: the practice never depended on the stream. It happened anyway, in every timezone, exactly as it was meant to — together in intention, each in our own way. That was always the heart of it.

This was the first of gatherings this year. The next is the September Equinox — when day and night fall into perfect balance everywhere on Earth. I'll be back, with the lessons of this first one folded in, growth into more of what I envisioned, with more people participating and their own input, and I'd love for you to at least practice with us again, if not get even more involved.
